People and Fashion
For my summer project i'm going to be focusing on one of my weaknesses which is drawing people. I think its a confidence thing which i need to work on as i much prefer drawing animals/characters/patterns. So for the first part of the project i will concentrate on drawing from life or from my own photographs so that i can set up different postures that i want to practice drawing. Then once i feel i have a good amount of drawings to work from this is when i start to develop and characterise them to how i like. This is also when i start to incorporate the fashion part of the project, i will research into magazines,online shops to look into the latest trends that are around. I decided to add the element of fashion just to make it current and more interesting for myself to work with, i will be able to be really experimental with it and i hope to add an element of surrealism to make the final illustrations more quirky.
So i will be posting more regularly now showing my progress of the project but also along with any other personal works/day trips etc :)
